Desmond has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and an EMBA from CEIBS. He is also an accredited WELL AP, LEED AP and a Chartered Engineer with MCIOB (UK).

As a Managing Director, Desmond’s responsibilities include managing and organizing his team and coming up with cost effective strategies that meet and exceed client expectations.

His leadership style functions through clear, effective communication. With experience in many business cultures and environments, Desmond is able to fuse the respective strengths of his multiple professional backgrounds in order to fully understand and meet client’s requests.
